While I have not visited the above premises, I can say without a doubt what a great vet Matt is. He was working at the Austnmer practice, when he performed emergency surgery on our beloved pet Pepper, she had a bone caught in her bowel. She had four inches of her bowel removed and wasn't given a good chance for recovery. Well, Matt did a fantastic job, she not only survived, but is doing very well. I cannot thank Matt enough. I would recommend him to anyone needing a capable and caring vet.

Matt came in late on a Saturday evening to save my dogs life after a mauling and returned early on Sunday morning to follow up. Also gave me a call the next day to check how she was going and whether she was eating and going to toilet etc - never had a vet like that before!
